Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philanthropy Officer to join our team. As a Philanthropy Officer, you will play a key role in raising income for the MS Society from philanthropy fundraising activities. You will work closely with the Philanthropy Manager to identify, engage, and steward philanthropy prospects, generating income to achieve ambitious targets and delivering a first-class supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage philanthropy prospects through events and other appropriate fundraising activities
  • Work closely with the Philanthropy Manager to develop and implement fundraising strategies
  • Deliver a first-class supporter experience to ensure long-term commitment
  • Contribute to the overall implementation of our Philanthropy team's objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in philanthropy fundraising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
