About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a range of Family work, including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and remedies, cohabitation disputes/agreements, child arrangements/disputes, grandparents' rights in relation to children, child abduction/adoption, non-molestation/occupation orders, and providing relevant technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wholly private caseload, with no publicly funded work.
- Provide technical expertise in Family law matters, including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and remedies, cohabitation disputes/agreements, child arrangements/disputes, grandparents' rights in relation to children, child abduction/adoption, non-molestation/occupation orders.
- Support the firm's business development activities, including coordinating and participating in business development events.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Excellent technical expertise in Family law matters.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
