Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) to ensure the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.
  • Develop and implement effective sterilization protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of CSSD services with other hospital departments.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, inventory, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for sterilization and infection control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sterilization, Hospital Sterilization Management, CSSD, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a related field in a comparable healthcare facility or organization, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
