Job Title: Community Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Liaison Officer to join our team at the Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Hepatitis C Operational Delivery Network to deliver exciting projects and make a positive impact on the lives of people across Greater Manchester and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Hepatitis C Operational Delivery Network to deliver projects and initiatives that promote public health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to promote the work of the Transformation Unit.
  • Provide support and guidance to community members and organizations to help them access healthcare services and resources.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement public health initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in a community or public health setting.
  • Experience working with Hepatitis C and other blood-borne viruses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full and clean driving license and access to own car.
