Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive health, safety, and environmental strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the health, safety, and environmental awareness of employees.
- Lead and manage a team of health, safety, and environmental professionals to ensure effective implementation of our health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH).
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior health, safety, and environmental role.
- Proven track record of delivering health, safety, and environmental improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
