Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Game Development Lead to join our team at 36.7 Studio Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our games, working closely with our development and art teams to ensure high-quality and engaging gameplay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of our games, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and playability.
- Collaborate with our development and art teams to turn creative concepts into actual game content.
- Create detailed game design documentation, including game rules, system design, and user interface layouts.
- Participate in the testing and debugging process of the game, making improvements and optimizations based on feedback.
- Analyze market trends and player feedback to continuously improve game design and enhance player experience.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring efficient team operations and design quality.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of game design experience, with AAA game development experience preferred.
- Strong creative abilities, proficient in game design tools and software, with project management experience.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, with a strong preference for candidates who are fluent in both English and an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Game Design or related fields are preferred.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £38,000 to £40,000.
