We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Integrated Primary Care and Community. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and evolve a 'shared workforce' model to meet the needs of our local population.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a Responsible Pharmacist in our community pharmacy, providing an efficient and safe pharmaceutical service.
- Provide advice and support to patients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patients care.
- Act under the direction of the Superintendent Pharmacist.
- Delivery of all essential, advanced and enhanced services within the Community Pharmacy.
- Assist in the delivery of all Local services offered by the pharmacy, which have been commissioned by the ICB, Public Health department and Local Health authority (or successor organisations).
- Effectively guide the pharmacy team.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Comply with all legal and NHS requirements including record keeping.
- Applicants must have current UK GPhC professional registration.
- Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
- Masters degree in pharmacy (MPharm)
