About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team at Riverside. As a Caretaker, you will provide effective and efficient maintenance and support services to our tenants and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a communal gardening service, ensuring all external areas are clean and tidy.
  • Assist with refuse collection and clearance of fly-tipping.
  • Support service contractors within the area.
  • Monitor tenants who may be experiencing difficulties and keep the Housing Officer informed.
  • Provide basic maintenance type services, such as low-level aids and adaptations.
  • Assist with letter delivery and gaining access to properties for appointments as required.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • Experience of working within Social Housing.
  • Basic IT Skills.
  • Experience of providing a maintenance service.
