Role Overview:


As the Interim Healthcare Operations Leader, you will oversee the clinical functions of a prestigious resident care facility located in South Kensington. Your primary focus will be to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered while guiding a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining the Outstanding rating awarded by the Care Quality Commission during the last evaluation.

This position is vital for upholding our esteemed reputation for excellence and will involve close collaboration with the Deputy Manager, who will be joining the team in the upcoming months. You will operate in a supernumerary capacity, providing essential leadership and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage clinical personnel, ensuring the provision of exceptional, person-centred care.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing PCS software or equivalent systems for patient care planning.
  • Oversee medication administration via Atlas software, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
  • Facilitate training for staff on various systems, including training management software.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clinical inquiries, offering guidance and support to the care team.
  • Prepare for a potential transition to the Notting Hill branch, contributing to the establishment and enhancement of clinical operations in the new site.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must possess an active NMC PIN.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Clinical Lead role within a care home environment.
  • Strong familiarity with PCS software for care planning and Atlas software for medication management.
  • Experience with ROTA, policy management, and training systems software.
  • Excellent leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Willingness to potentially transition to our new Notting Hill branch upon its opening.
