Role Overview:
As the Interim Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations of a luxurious resident care centre based in South Kensington, ensuring the highest standards of care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You would be required to uphold the CQC Outstanding rating earned by the centre during the last inspection in your capacity. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and will involve working closely with the Deputy Manager, who will be joining in 3-4 months. You will work in a supernumerary capacity, providing essential support and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

* Proficient in using the PCS software or similar software in-patient care planning.

* Manage medication administration using Atlas software, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

* Support and train staff in the use of various systems, including training management software.

* Act as a key point of contact for clinical matters, providing guidance and support to the care team.

* Prepare for a potential move to the Notting Hill branch, contributing to the establishment and development of clinical operations in the new location.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Must have an active NMC PIN.

* Proven experience in a Clinical Lead within a care home setting.

* Strong working knowledge of PCS software for care planning, Atlas software for medication management.

* Experience with ROTA, policy management, and training systems software.

* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Ability to start immediately.

* Flexibility to potentially transfer to our new Notting Hill branch upon its opening.
