Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Residential Conveyancing professionals to join our team at Venn Group. As a leading employment business and employment agency, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other fee earners to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including anti-money laundering and data protection regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including property searches and title deeds.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
