About the Role:
- Represent private equity firms, with a focus on real estate private equity and fund formation.
- Advise clients on a diverse range of complex cross-border transactions, including establishing funds, separate accounts, and joint ventures, as well as fund investments (including primary, secondary, and portfolio investments), co-investments, and structured acquisitions and disposal.
- Act for a range of clients from listed property companies, developers, operators, private equity, mainstream and alternative lenders, and investment managers across all asset classes.
Requirements:
- Comparative law firm experience within a regarded funds practice.
- PQE 2 - 5 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An outstanding academic record.
- Experience working with investment managers, private equity funds, family offices, and other financial institutions.
- Act for a number of the leading financial institutions and private equity funds in European real estate finance markets.
