Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join its team in the Estates Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to staff and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, Pool Bikes, and visitor parking
- Replenish stationery and beverage supplies
- Open and distribute post
- Sign in/out visitors
- Send out communications across the building
- Assist in the smooth running of the reception desk
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous reception experience or a customer-facing role
- Competence in standard software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize your workload and multitask
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Flexibility to cover annual leave when required
