The Role:
We are seeking a driven and technically adept individual to become part of our team.

Under the guidance and mentorship of a senior director, you will:

  • Formulate and execute procedures and documentation for specialized projects and ISO management frameworks.
  • Adhere to a structured training plan aimed at enhancing your skills and expertise, ultimately taking charge of management systems and compliance protocols.
  • Analyze British and International standards, investigate appropriate testing equipment, training needs, and testing methodologies to develop technical protocols for client evaluation.
  • Design internal documentation and control plans to record outcomes and conduct testing according to established procedures.
  • Assist in compiling comprehensive documentation packages for products developed in specialized sectors, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Employ outstanding IT proficiency and organizational skills to manage extensive data from various systems for performance assessment, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate internal meetings with senior management.
  • Participate in and contribute to external meetings with prominent clients.
  • Regularly engage with production personnel.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations for key subcontracted components.
  • Perform testing and inspections within production environments, involving hands-on tasks.
  • Support and ultimately assume responsibility for ISO management frameworks.

Qualifications:
To join our team, we are looking for an outstanding graduate.

This could be your first professional role or you may have graduated recently and are seeking a new direction.


  • Engineering, technical, or scientific degree with a minimum 2:1 classification.
  • Understanding of heavy engineering manufacturing principles. Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/45001/14001 management system standards (desirable).
  • Internal auditor qualification (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and principles.
  • Qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH Certificate (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional IT skills and administrative capabilities.
