About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, working closely with our clients to ensure the highest standards of quality in their manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Documentation: Create, verify, and distribute quality assurance documentation, ensuring proper filing structures and technical delivery documentation.
  2. Customer Support: Investigate and resolve customer quality and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. International Collaboration: Provide quality and engineering support to our international offices, both remotely and in person.
  4. Sales Support: Offer quality and engineering insights to support the sales function, driving business growth and development.

Requirements

  1. Manufacturing Expertise: Proficient knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, fabrication, and injection moulding.
  2. Engineering Experience: Previous experience in an engineering component/product manufacturing environment, preferably in an OEM or subcontractor role.
  3. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, specifications, and engineering terminology, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, although not essential.
