About the Role

The SEO and Content Executive will work closely with the Head of Acquisition to develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion for Busy Bees Nurseries. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, content creation, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to optimize the relationship between SEO and paid media, particularly PPC and social media.
  • Work with the Brand & PR team to ensure all acquisition activity is aligned with the Busy Bees brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure the SEO strategy remains effective.
  • Manage and monitor agency and third-party partners to maximize ROI and secure advantageous organic search performance.
  • Champion SEO as the in-house expert, ensuring that activity is understood and reported on.

Requirements

  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of content, search, and analytical tools and systems.
  • Demonstratable prior experience in delivering high-performing SEO and CRO activity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a forensic approach to data and analytics.
  • Results-oriented and able to work collaboratively with wider marketing teams and agencies to contribute to departmental objectives.
  • Relevant degree or qualification.
