Job Overview

You will report to the People and Talent Manager while collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and Training Business Partner to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a People Business Partner, you will deliver comprehensive HR consultancy services to your designated business areas through expert knowledge and actionable plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a clear People strategy that aligns with and adds value to our business goals.
  • Conducting essential training sessions to empower managers within the organization.
  • Identifying specific training needs and providing coaching to Line Managers on HR operational matters.
  • Actively participating in meetings and projects to foster teamwork and build relationships.
  • Offering expert guidance on HR issues, including grievance and disciplinary matters.
  • Cultivating constructive relationships across the organization and providing feedback to management teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and analyzing employee turnover and absence statistics, identifying trends, and proposing solutions to enhance performance.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification (MCIPD). You should have a robust HR background with a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site and unionized environment. Key attributes include:
