Engineering Test Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Test Supervisor to join our team at our purpose-built testing facility in Northamptonshire. As an Engineering Test Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical testing services, supporting our engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality results to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise testing activities across multiple mechanical and bespoke tests
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians as needed
  • Liaise with customers to report testing progress and address any concerns
  • Ensure materials are prepared in advance for testing and report any issues with test equipment
  • Recommend the acquisition of new equipment as necessary
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a test, production engineering, development, or design background
  • HNC or above in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline
  • Ability to work a morning shift pattern of 6am to 2pm
