Engineering Test Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Test Supervisor to join our team at our purpose-built testing facility in Northamptonshire. As an Engineering Test Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical testing services, providing technical support and supervision to our engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and oversee the progress of multiple mechanical tests on a daily basis
  • Supervise and support engineers and technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring tests are completed to the highest standards
  • Liaise with customers to report testing progress and provide updates
  • Ensure materials and equipment are prepared and available for testing
  • Identify and report any issues with test equipment and recommend new equipment acquisitions
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a test, production engineering, development, or design background
  • Hold a supporting mechanical engineering qualification of HNC or above
  • Comfortable working a morning shift pattern of 6am to 2pm
