We are seeking an experienced Engineering Test Supervisor to join our team at our purpose-built testing facility in Northamptonshire. As an Engineering Test Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical testing services, supporting our engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality results to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and supervise testing activities across multiple mechanical and bespoke tests
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians as needed
- Liaise with customers to report testing progress and address any concerns
- Ensure materials are prepared in advance for testing and report any issues with test equipment
- Recommend the acquisition of new equipment as necessary
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a test, production engineering, development, or design background
- HNC or above in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline
- Ability to work a morning shift pattern of 6am to 2pm
- A competitive salary and contributory pension scheme

- Paid overtime at 1.25 times the hourly rate
