Job Title: Night Care Leader

We are seeking an experienced carer to lead our night care team, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of carers, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.

About You

You will have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to study for it. You will also have experience in leading a team to deliver care and be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility.
