Job Title: Night Care Leader

We are seeking an experienced carer to lead our night care team, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of carers, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.

As a Night Care Leader, you will be a positive role model, motivating your team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to get along with others, and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development.

About You

You will have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you've achieved NVQ Level 2, and you're prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You will also be experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility, and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging, and rewarding environment.
