Job Summary

We are looking for a Night Care Leader who can lead a small team of carers to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, managing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents, including managing risk and implementing safety protocols
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and support
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver care services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to residents
