Receptionist Job Opportunity at The May Fair Hotel

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at The May Fair Hotel, a 5-star Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel operation
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force, and Review Pro
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken
