Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paediatric Nurse to work in a community setting, providing high-quality care to children in the comfort of their own homes. As a Children's Community Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 3 to 4 children per day, providing excellent standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to children in their own homes, including administering subcutaneous injections and cannulation.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Work closely with local NHS services and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Active NMC PIN and registration as a Paediatric Nurse (RSCN / RNC).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in a Paediatric Nurse setting, either in a hospital or community environment.
- Clinical skills including phlebotomy, would be desirable.
- Fully expensed company car and fuel card, or car allowance of £4,877.85.
- NMC fees paid for.
- Contributory pension scheme.
