We are acting for a reputable, independent estate agency based in a busy suburban area of West London. With ongoing expansion, newly refurbished offices, and the addition of the Fine & Country master franchise, they are looking for a top-class lister to join their existing team.

Person Requirements and The Role:

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven record in residential property sales. You will have the ability to win new business and demonstrate leadership, tenacity, and competitiveness, along with a willingness/ability to drive the business forward.

This is a results-based business with a strong team, and you will be required to hit targets and ensure the continued growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value and take instructions on properties for sale
  • Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
  • Maintain a good working atmosphere

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in Estate Agency Sales at Valuer level essential
  • Ability to work towards goals/targets, must be tenacious
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Articulate and numeric
  • Problem solver/quick thinker
  • Well-presented
  • Diplomacy skills
  • Good timekeeping skills
  • IT literate
  • Photography and photo editing experience
  • Experience with lead generation software
  • Full UK driving license and your own car is essential
