About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This involves creating personalized care plans, administering medication safely, and making critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports as required.

About You
You will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices to be successful in this role. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is a knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and support.
