Job Summary:
NHS Highland is seeking a highly motivated and skilled District Nurse/Caseload Holder to join our East Caithness Community Nursing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a variety of clinical skills to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Demonstrate continued personal and professional development to enhance patient outcomes
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of care
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time position of 14.7 hours per week, covering a 7-day rota. The successful candidate will be required to travel effectively and efficiently, with a pool car available for use.
