About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Advisor to join our team at Australasian Recruitment Company. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our global D2C medicine platform, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Utilize Zendesk to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to customer queries.
  • Compliance Administration: Conduct valid ID checks, input patient data, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Application Processing: Complete pre-checks for applications, work through backlogged applications, and ensure timely processing of customer requests.
  • Communication: Respond to emails from a shared inbox, make outbound calls to update customers on order progression, and manage complex and sensitive communications with customers.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality policies and adhere to data protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience using a CRM system.
  • Availability: Comfortable working two weekends per month.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest: Interest in health and wellness.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously.
  • Pro-activity: Pro-active attitude.
  • CRM Experience: Zendesk experience desired, but any CRM system experience will be considered.
