Job Opportunity at Pathfinders

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Pathfinders. As a key member of our PR agency, you will be responsible for managing our clients' reputations and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement digital and social strategies, drafting key materials such as proposals, communication plans, strategies, press releases, reports, key messages, and media briefing documents.
  • Media Relations: Manage media handling, selling-in to the media across national, regional, local, trade, and broadcast press, and hosting journalist site visits.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • PR Experience: A background in corporate or consumer PR with strong experience in media relations.
  • Sector Experience: Experience across property, real estate, food and beverage, architecture, and placemaking sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write in various styles and formats.
  • Media Skills: Good media skills and contacts, with experience of proactive media work.
