Job Title: Team Leader

At Tanglewood Care Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management, supervision, and administration of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care in compliance with all regulatory and statutory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home, including clinical and dementia care.
  • Monitor and control sickness and absence in line with Company policy.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with formal supervision and appraisal of staff members and ongoing informal assessments of their work.
  • Support the Registered Manager to ensure the ongoing financial viability of the service, maximizing occupancy and income.
  • Commitment to achieving the Leadership and Management Award (Level 5).
  • Previous management and supervisory experience.
