About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team at Horn Lane Young People's service in Ealing. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of young people with specific needs as they navigate independent living.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate supportive relationships with our young residents, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the support team to manage caseloads and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct engaging key work sessions that align with individual Support Plans and promote personal growth.
  • Proactively assess and manage risks associated with residents, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Provide practical assistance with daily living skills, empowering young people to become self-sufficient.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring clear communication within the team.

About You

You are a caring and empathetic individual with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships based on trust and respect.

Qualifications & Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working with young people in a care or support setting is highly desirable.
