Role Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic and skilled Italian Programmatic Solutions Manager to become a vital part of our client's established team focused on demand-side platform (DSP) solutions. This role involves engaging with Italian-speaking clients, promoting the utilization of advanced platform features, and ensuring client satisfaction through comprehensive training, onboarding, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage the integration of new platform functionalities and present fresh inventory and data sources to Italian-speaking clientele.
  • Oversee daily DSP trading inquiries from agency partners, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Lead the Customer Training & Onboarding initiative for the DSP, promoting ongoing client education and assistance.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a knowledgeable resource on DSP technology.
  • Effectively communicate optimization strategies and performance insights to clients across various levels.
  • Develop and share best practices with clients, recommend useful tools, and create scalable processes to enhance client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate matters when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in programmatic advertising, ideally within a DSP context.
  • Strong grasp of DSP technology, optimization techniques, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships.
  • Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to a hybrid work model.
