Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Account Manager to join our team at PHD. As a key member of our Programmatic+ department, you will be responsible for managing campaigns across Warner Brothers and Chanel, and developing strong relationships with our clients in the Programmatic space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Implement and support the successful end-to-end delivery of all video and display activity across multiple DSPs, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon, with a focus on cross-channel deployment where possible.
  • Buying Practices: Identify opportunities to improve buying practices, drive cost efficiencies, and leverage buy-side features to advance the use of programmatic technology across the team.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the team, department leads, and OMG to develop the programmatic product and provide solutions for client needs.
  • Brand Safety and Ad-Verification: Deliver best practice brand safety and ad-verification, meeting target KPIs and building on learnings for each client.
  • Trading Deals and Product Targets: Support the Head of Programmatic+ and Head of AV to deliver trading deals and programmatic product targets.
  • Vendor Relationships: Work closely with key vendors to ensure PHD clients have priority access to new products, features, beta opportunities, and inventory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with all media programs, including Prisma, DSPs, ad-servers, and analytics.
  • Strong relationships with media owners and tech vendors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
