Coffee Machine Service Technician

Found Rs is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team in the vending and coffee industry. This role offers a competitive salary range of £27,000 to £30,000, along with benefits such as 23 days of holiday (plus bank holidays), unlimited overtime, flexible working hours, and door-to-door rates of pay.
The ideal candidate will have previous engineering experience working on vending machines, carrying out fault finding and routine maintenance with excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform reactive and planned maintenance on vending machines across the company portfolio.
- Utilize previous experience on high-profile brands (Coffetek, Crane, etc.) to ensure efficient maintenance.
- Conduct thorough fault finding for reactive repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with customers.
- Complete all necessary job sheets and collaborate closely with the service desk.
- Maintain van stock and perform general vehicle maintenance as required.
- Minimum 1 year of engineering experience on vending or coffee machines.
- Proficient fault-finding skills, including the use of a multi-meter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A full, clean UK driver's license.
