About the Role
As a Service Technician with UCC Coffee, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of coffee equipment repair and maintenance tasks. This will involve fault finding, diagnosis, and ensuring that all coffee equipment is left in good working order.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure coffee equipment is in optimal condition.
- Work with the central call centre to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with on-site arrival procedures and health and safety protocols.
- Complete online job sheets, time sheets, and supporting documentation as required.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Provide spare parts and ensure accurate inventory management.
About You
We are looking for a confident individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment. You should have robust problem-solving skills, an electrical mechanical background, and be computer literate with a clean driving license.
What We Offer
