Found Rs is seeking a skilled Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct thorough fault-finding and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed, including job sheets and service reports.
- Collaborate with the service desk to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Ensure all company vehicles are properly maintained and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the vending or coffee machine industry.
- Strong technical skills, including fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A full, clean UK driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
