The Role

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Equipment Specialist to join our team at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee equipment across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, to ensure all equipment is left in good working order.
  • Work proactively with our central call centre to keep customers informed and ensure first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with on-site arrival procedures, including making contact with a manager/supervisor to introduce yourself and seek permission to commence work.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
  • Complete all necessary job sheets, time sheets, and supporting documentation as required.
  • Keep all tools, equipment, and vehicles supplied by the company in good working order, reporting any faults or breakages to your line manager daily.
  • Provide agreed spare parts stocks via handheld unit to ensure parts are invoiced to customers and replenished to maintain stock inventory.

The Person

We are looking for a confident individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment. You should have robust problem-solving skills, an electrical mechanical background, and be computer literate with a clean driving license. Self-motivation and a flexible approach to work, location, and hours are essential.
