About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Senior Advisors responsible for inventory management and maximizing revenue opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven background and/or experience in revenue and inventory management, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel. They will also have demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with Revenue Managers, Revenue Analysts, and Senior Leadership teams across both P&O Cruises and Cunard. Your key responsibilities will include managing department workloads, reviewing priorities, and ensuring the team takes ownership of their product and berthing to align the guest and ship journey.

You will also be responsible for fostering a fun and engaging environment by leading from the front, and working with the Revenue Manager and the Air, Land, and Analytics Manager to optimize revenue and inventory.

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
