Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position based in the Somerset / Wiltshire border area.
About You:- You will be an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional with a strong background in plant or manufacturing environments.
- Your experience will include Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, with a focus on proactive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting.
- You will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle for this role.
- You will have or be looking for a position within a management role, with a focus on team leadership and budgetary responsibility.
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude and will be unphased with challenges that may occur.
- Ideally your experience will come from a heavy plant, quarry or similar environment, but this is not essential.
This is an onsite position working both inside and outside to ensure the plant remains operational. You will have a small team of fitters working with you, as well as working with contractors onsite. This role is a key position that ensures the success of the plant, with a focus on proactive maintenance planning and reactive breakdown response.
You will be responsible for overseeing team coverage, including day and night shifts, and will have some budgetary responsibility and H&S / legal compliance.
What You Can Expect:The salary for this position is between £48,000 and £53,000, dependent on experience and suitability for the role. There may be some scope to exceed this for an exceptional candidate. You will also have the opportunity to work overtime and participate in a bonus scheme that pays roughly 2% of salary on an annual basis.
Other benefits include a generous pension scheme and holiday allowances. There is also a real chance of progression within the organisation.
We can only consider those eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis for this role.
