Vacancy: Multi Skilled Electrician

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Electrician to join our team at Newport City Homes Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and cost-effective service to our customers, maintaining and improving their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality maintenance service to our customers.
  • Carry out electrical installation work to the highest standards, using your technical knowledge and skills to ensure efficient and economical solutions.
  • Work from drawings, specifications, and requisition of necessary installation materials.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and Company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, residents, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Practical, productive, and electrical engineering skills with adequate technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work on own proficiently and carry out electrical installation work without immediate supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
