About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, aged 11-18, with learning difficulties, mental health needs, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

As a member of our support team, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and provide a safe and nurturing environment for our young people. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Supporting our young people in their daily routines, including education, leisure activities, and personal care.
  • Working closely with our therapeutic team to provide a holistic approach to care and support.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of our care and support services.
