We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Thetford. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily activities and provide emotional support.
- Work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with individuals and their families.
- Provide support and care in a variety of settings, including residential and community-based environments.
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
