We are currently seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Support Care Assistant for our service at 4 Trinity Court. This role is ideal for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who finds fulfillment in assisting others and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide essential support to service users in their daily activities within their own homes, whether in a supported living environment or within the broader community.
- Assist with personal care and promote life skills, including shopping, budgeting, and household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Develop and maintain support plans and risk assessments tailored to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each individual, fostering their independence.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a care setting or within the health and social care sector, particularly in supporting vulnerable individuals. We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those we support.
Effective communication skills are essential, as you will need to adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of our service users.
This position requires flexibility, as you will be part of a shift rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
