Strategic Account Manager

Walker & Sloan Ltd, a distinguished Certified B Corp, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to enhance our strategic marketing capabilities.
In this role, you will partner with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive analyses of digital marketing trends, which will aid in the formulation and implementation of strategies designed to boost client engagement and drive growth. You will work closely with both the Account Management and Commercial divisions to conduct thorough market research, analyze relevant data, and convert client objectives into practical, strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Management team in developing clear digital strategies and constructing strategic roadmaps that align with client goals.
- Create business review materials, pinpoint opportunities for cross-channel collaboration, and actively pursue growth opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Support the drafting of proposals for existing and prospective clients, while remaining informed about digital and market trends.
- Equip account teams with the latest industry insights to ensure client success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategizing marketing campaigns and digital strategies, preferably within an agency context.
- Strong interest in marketing research with the ability to approach challenges from various perspectives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Wincher, and Google Search Console (certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads are desirable).
- Demonstrated organizational skills, enabling you to plan and present detailed proposals while delivering campaigns punctually and within budget.
- Track record of managing client needs, including planning and executing multi-disciplinary campaigns.
- Experience in creating sales materials and participating in pitch meetings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
