As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated team to conduct comprehensive analyses of digital marketing dynamics, thereby aiding in the formulation and implementation of strategies that foster client engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management and Commercial divisions to perform market analysis, interpret data, and convert client objectives into effective, strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Account Management team in developing coherent digital strategies and constructing strategic roadmaps that resonate with clients' goals. You will be tasked with producing business review materials, pinpointing opportunities for cross-channel synergy, and actively pursuing growth avenues across diverse sectors. Furthermore, you will contribute to the drafting of proposals for existing and prospective clients, remain informed about digital and market trends, and equip account teams with the latest industry insights to ensure client success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategizing marketing campaigns and digital initiatives for clients, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong interest in marketing research with the ability to approach challenges from various perspectives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Wincher, and Google Search Console (certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads is preferred).
- Demonstrated organizational abilities to plan and present detailed proposals while delivering campaigns punctually and within budget.
- Established history of managing client needs, including the planning and execution of multi-disciplinary campaigns.
- Experience in creating sales materials and participating in pitch presentations.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
