Strategic Leadership Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our team as an Assistant Director for Integrated Children's Services. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction to our teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families in South Kent.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to Integrated Children's Services teams
- Develop and implement effective partnership working with stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families
- Lead the development and implementation of Social Work and Intensive Early Help practice
- Ensure the seamless delivery of services to families, identifying needs early and providing the right support at the right time
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Kent's vision for Integrated Children's Services
The successful candidate will be a qualified and registered Social Worker with significant experience in managing Children's Social Work Teams. They will have a strong understanding of the needs of children and families, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes.
