Job Title: Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast annually and quarterly to stay intimate with performance metrics.

  • Review sales team activities to align with business goals and targets.
  • Use sales data to stay up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide direction and guidance for the creation of account plans for larger accounts.
  • Identify and build strong, loyal relationships with decision-makers.
  • Network with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • Expert understanding of the sales process, market area, trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
