About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-time Administrator to join our team at Goodman Masson. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and front desk reception duties, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Directing Visitors
  • Answering and Transferring Calls
  • Handling and Distributing Mail and Packages
  • Assisting with General Administrative Tasks
  • Managing Office Supplies and Inventory
  • Maintaining a Tidy and Welcoming Reception Area
  • Scheduling and Coordinating Meetings and Appointments
  • Providing Support to Other Departments

Requirements

  • Previous Experience in an Administrative or Receptionist Role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Phone Lines and Visitors Professionally and Courteously
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Work
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team

What We Offer

  • Salary of £23,088 (pro-rata)
  • Annual Pay Scale Increase
  • 27 Days Holiday (Rising to 32 Over 5 Years' Service) + Bank Holidays (Pro-rata)
  • Fully On-Site
  • Part-Time Position, Working Hours Will Be 12:30pm-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
