About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at Clayton Davies. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our firm meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a robust control environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement Compliance Monitoring Plans to ensure the firm's adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and analyze Compliance Events to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory change and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Oversee outsourced and delegated investment management relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in compliance monitoring, risk, or control activities, preferably in the asset management sector.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory environments and requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and provide effective solutions.
